My weekly fatblogging report.
I currently have a whole lot going on in my personal life that's stressing me out, and I'm not sure if that's helping or not with the weight loss. On the one hand, it's making me want to reach for the chocolate when I'm feeling stressed. On the other hand, I'm feeling stressed enough that I'm forgetting about food.
So let's see the chart...
What's most important to me this week is not that I'm still ahead of target, or even what I weigh. The big deal for me is that I got up this morning and put on an old pair of jeans that are one size smaller. YAY!!!
Still no comment system for your input/support- one of the things that's stressing me is trying to install a new version of the blogging software we use. I'm hoping we'll be back better than ever by the end of next week, and you can all start commenting again then.
