Strange how that pig is so much more out of focus than the boy. And that it was ground into sausage before the story came out a couple weeks after the hunt.

Is that Brandon Davis... or his brother?

Wish the hog had gorged the little chubby puke to death instead. I will never understand why killing something is an accomplishment. Fuqx xat

Photoshopped. My cattle look positively svelte compared to the pig, and they are over 1000kg (2200lbs). Porky was supposed to be 1000lbs. I call (bullshit) pigshit.

If the Pig was bought as a Christmas gift and was raised as a pet or as livestock, Then why did the Alabama Department of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries do the investigation to determined that no laws were violated and not The ASPCA. I would really question the meaning of the word (or) in Alabama Animal Law 3-1-11.1 Killing or disabling livestock
1993

Summary: Livestock = horses, cows, swine, goats, sheep, mules, asses

Prohibits unlawfully, wantonly or maliciously killing, disfiguring, injuring, disabling, (or) destroying livestock of another while livestock is on the owner's or custodian's premises.

Penalty: Class C felony, (§13A-5-6) 1 year and 1 day -- 10 years confinement; (§13A-5-11) $5,000 maximum fine.

If firearm or deadly weapon used: minimum 10 years (§13A-5-6).

Per §13A-5-9, if prior felony conviction: Class B felony, 2 - 20 years confinement; $10,000 max fine.

If 3rd Felony: Class A felony, 10 - 99 years or life; $20,000 maximum fine.

If 4th Felony: 15 - 99 years.

This is just one of many laws to protect Animals, -M-
