Hilariously bizarre comic artist Chip Zdarsky launched his new web comic Zdarskyverse on the Act-i-vate webcomic site. Featuring two of the most intriguing characters I've seen in a webcomic: Matt Furious Child Welfare Agent 266 and Jake Mansworth the Kissing Detective.
