I think its damn unfair to Hoover. He led the post World War One food relief program to Europe, and to my knowledge wasn't personally involved in any corruption scandals, unlike the others shown. The underlying causes of the Great Depression are still argued, and he's more a scapegoat than a cause. Spiro Agnew would be a much better choice.
Seriously, no Clinton? I think the lewinsky scandal deserves a little more credit.
Yeh...start a war causing tens of thousands of deaths that throws the Middle East into chaos...have sex with someone...they're pretty much the same thing. Nice thought.
