I hope you don't get paid for these posts because you suck at research don't you? At least you admit you don't know where number 1 is from. But why label number 5 as "Britain" when it's clearly not?
1 - UK police uniforms, police cars and numberplates don't look like that.
But those nuances are probably too subtle for some foreigners (especially Americans) so let's get to the dead giveaways...
2 - those accents are clearly not from any part of Britain. They sound South African to me.
3 - when you actually bother to click on the guy's YouTube channel, he is indeed South African.
