Much of the movement in the coins clip seemed really unnatural, and the sound sometimes correlated very poorly to the actions of the coins. Is that a byproduct of video compression, or was that whole thing a contrivance of editing, overdubbing, and possibly some stop-motion animation?

I noticed the same thing tuffster. I'm almost positive that's the effect of editing. Not so much because they failed at making a chain but really, they probably had to film the thing in increments.

Geez guys find some culture and some benefit of the doubt while you're at it. Those were British pounds which sound nothing like american coins.

uhhh that coin clip was definatly a fake there is no way they could have that many coins laid on their sides without rolling away also if you watch carefully the coins dont always fall in the same increments of time even on a straight away.
