I would vote yes except that would mean that Cheney would become President and truthfully he's the one that really deserves some sort of harsh whack on the nose with a rolled up Constitution.

Not neccessarily. Clinton was impeached, and Al Gore was never president. Even if found guilty, the process would most likely take til the end of Bush's term in office.
