Remember Revell models? The plastic car kits we used to put together with a little glue and a lot of patience. We've taken inspiration from those classic toys to create DRIVE IN, the newest limited edition wall art piece from Jellio Design.
This has been a shameless plus brought to you by someone who really wants to quit their day job.

Well, let's hope people at your day job don't read this blog :)
Let me add that it's a fantastic piece, and I wish I could afford one because it's look SO cool here on my office wall.
Is this a flashback? Didn't you post something about finishing this piece a year ago and you really wanted to quit your job then too. Is some ad agency going to steal your idea again now? Time is a continuous loop!
Looks awesome by the way.
my life is one big hamster wheel
Someone go mug Jellio and send me one.
The images on the product site are a bit misleading as far as the size of the piece goes... the site says it is 44"x44". In the images, the product looks like it is more like 60"x60" or larger, unless that mod couch and chaise lounge are about 4 feet long each.
You know, I thought that when I saw them, also, but our web guy had to go out of town on a shoot. I'm gonna have him re-do them when he gets back.
Thanks very much for the feedback.
Is this one of those Spinal Tap things? Where I order a 12 foot Stonehenge and get one 12 inches high?
It's called creative license. I use it alot.
Maybe you should try marketing them directly to car dealerships and office-supply dealers. It would make a great statement in an office behind your desk.
