Tonight's the night Sixth Avenue from Soho to Chelsea gets all scary, loud and fabulous (as opposed to any other night). The Village Halloween Parade starts at 7:00, and if you've got a costume, you're in. I'll have some shots up tomorrow. But in the meantime...
