Now that the president is authorized to define what is torture and what is not, and the vice president has stated that waterboarding is not torture, maybe we should see exactly what waterboarding is, which you can in this nine-minute video. Experienced military leaders will tell you that torture is not an effective way to get useful information, so its a good thing this is not torture.
