While we're on the subject of brand sites, you know M&M's made headlines recently with their offer of a reward for the return of Edward Munch's Scream. Well, they're staying on this dark path with a fun, and very time-consuming, game of find the dark movies in the painting...perfect for the Halloween season, or as a companion piece to our top ten violent death scenes article.

Does anyone know what movie is represented by the mountain? or the guy in lower right corner? or the big bug? or the lower left creature? or the monkeys?

I'm at 45 out of 50.

Twelve Monkeys. The Hills Have Eyes. Eraserhead. There are advantages to being older than dirt. I haven't guessed the bug yet. Good luck!

I've got only 20...but:

Monkeys: Count them. And think of Bruce Willis.

Which person in the right corner are you talking about? There's the man who is made of...*cough*, and the guy who's a pencil.

Man, these are really awesome. I just sort of stare, and then I'm "Ohhhhh, that's--!" and then I laugh.

The Bug and spilled liquid = Beetle + Juice

This is really well done. Took up the last hour of my work day today. Some of them were really hard but eventually my co-worker and I got them all. The hardest one for me was the one with the two guys on the stairs, one of them being a Native American. I won't give it away for those playing at home.

I'm stuck at 45 of 50.

I can't get:

1. The guy in the lower right hand corner, tied up, and screaming.

2. The three children dancing in the lower left corner.

3. The two guys on the staircase.

4. The green M&M descending the staircase.

5. The staircase itself.

Any clues on those?

Clues:
1. Why is he tied up? Why is he screaming? What's wrong with him?
2. They are playing.
3. What would a Native American have against a white guy?
4. What is she wearing?
5. Count them.

I am completely lost on the following:

1) Native american - i need more hints!

2) Mountain - I have no idea, only guess is clff hanger which is a really shitty guess.

3) Tunnel/Cave in the lower right corner. Is this a cave, a tunnel, darkness?

4) Creature in lower left corner - what is it suppose to be?

5) Grim Reaper in fenced area - any clues?

These are the only ones left, please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clues for Pedro:
1. Like I said in my first comment this one was really hard. Think of a fairly recent horror movie and what an Native American would hold against a white man.
2. There are two identical mountains, correct?
3. You're close with the darkness. Think about the level of darkness.
4. You already have half the title right there.
5. The fence is cordoning off an area. What would you call that area?

Thanks evil richard!

I got everthing except for the fence around death. I have no idea, someone drop a bigger hint! (please keep in mind that I am 51.4% retarded.)

Think of it as less of an area and more of a "zone".

My coworkers and I got all but the woman holding the baby and pulling the kid by the arm. Any clues there Evil Richard?

said Mr. Walters on September 23, 2006 1:08 AM.

That one is a bit of a groaner (that's not the clue). What is her relationship to the kids? Probably helps to think of them as British to help with the pronunciation.

said Evil Richard on September 23, 2006 9:16 AM.

The Mummy?

Groan.

said Miss Cellania on September 23, 2006 12:39 PM.

See? I told you.

said Evil Richard on September 23, 2006 8:58 PM.

Ugh... Painful, but now I can sleep.
