I'm at home looking after the kids today, and after my second dirty diaper, I'm feeling especially sorry for this couple, who's child has not aged in 12 years. Yes, you read that right. While it's obvious the little girl has some unknown illness, the video is pretty freaky, as she looks like any normal 2 year old.
