Last week's episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, "Hundred Dollar Baby," had a line that made me fall out of my chair laughing. I'm searching for a clip, as transcripts just won't do it justice, but in the meantime here's a scene from the classic "Charlie Wants an Abortion" episode. Mac decides that where you stand on the issue should be determined by which side has hotter women.
If you like gleefully offensive humor, then you need to watch this show.

- Lewis Black on the triple Japanese threat of hot dog eaters, king impersonators and annoying ringtones.
- Looks like the creepier-than-Freddy-Kruger king has been replaced by the kinder gentler, hand puppet king.
- I've tried the "my touch has healing powers" rap. Never had much luck with it. But Adam the Healer does.
- Pirates had another great weekend. And this comes after the first weekend crushing of the Aquaman record.
- And the most touching moment from the ESPY's had to be Will Ferrell reuniting Lance Armstrong with dad, Neil.
Bizarrely, this piece of pop culture must have completely passed me by, although a little digging on Technorati shows me it's been blogged about to the extreme, and with over 1million views on YouTube, this is probably old news to you all. Nevertheless, in case you haven't seen it, here's Matt dancing his way around the world, flights paid for by Stride Gum. Full marks to Cadbury Adams, makers of Stride (the gum that does a pale imitation of Wonka's everlasting gobstopper) for stepping up to the plate and sponsoring this, a follow up to his earlier self funded one. My old agency has the Stride account, so maybe they were involved somehow (but I doubt it. or they'd be shouting out about it).
