I'm so glad someone captured this commercial for Head On. When I saw it on TV last week, I just stopped in my tracks, mesmerized. It's exactly the kind of incessant advertising that sci-fi filmmakers have been imagining in dystopian visions of the future for years. Next thing you know, they'll be creating animated blimps like in Blade Runner (oh, too late).
Now, does anyone actually know what Head On does?

It may be a weird commercial, but it's a proven fact that if you repeat something 3 times that the listener will remember better.
It cools/numbs your head for headaches, like bengay for your forehead, in chapstick form. It's great when I get a migraine, but I've noticed how they don't ever mention headaches in the commercial for some unknown reason. They used to have ads specifically promoting it for them. I think they repeat "head-on" like 50 times just so viewers will GET a headache and then have to go out and buy it.
I'm betting that someone probably sued them for a false advertising claim and they had to amend the ad inthe most ghetto way possible.
