So I was at this farewell party last night and I missed my ferry, so I had to head back to Penn Station. And I'm walking along, enjoying a nice NYC night, but feeling a little bummed about having to take a train and a cab and all of a sudden, like a beacon of all that's good, Bryant Park rises up before me, filled with people and light and noise and I realize, at 10:30 at night, that it's the Yankee game - on a huge screen - in the park. And it's good. Very very good.
