In 1961, local film censors were still protecting Americans from the evils of movie sex, which forced filmmakers like Doris Wishman to get, err, creative with their "adults-only" flicks. Wishman's Nude on the Moon, a "nudie-cutie" classic shot almost entirely on location at Coral Castle in South Florida, is one of my favorites.
Incredibly tame by today's standards, Nude on the Moon is about a couple of astronauts who raise private money and build a rocket to the moon. After a 7-second "10 second countdown" the astronauts find themselves walking the surface of the moon, a tropical paradise featuring palm trees, balmy weather, and a bevy of topless "moon dolls" frolicking in the sun. Our astronaut heroes wander around and study the moon dolls' every move until it's time to end the movie and return to Earth.
Any more plot would just ruin it. Check out the NSFW trailer.

Just a tad deceptive, huh? Not nude! I guess "Topless on the Moon" would've taken up too much room on the marquee.
Hooray for Boobies!
