John Smith is a weekly web comic in which the titular character seeks out an answer to the question "What the hell is Google and why is everyone always talking about it?" The answer leads him on a quest to find himself (in a google search for his own name).

It's a fun little comic that will appeal to philosophy majors and SEO's everywhere.

One of my favorite animated podcasts is Shobiz Newsy News, an Entertainment Tonight style parody where the host Ty Paddington rips into anyone and everyone. Always hilarious. But when I checked the feed on my iPod yesterday, I realized they'd added a bonus episode from a new series that just had me wide eyed in amazement.

Y.A.A.F.M. covers the muslim reaction to the cartoons of The Prophet that appeared in Denmark, but - well, let's just say if I was the animator here, I'd make sure none of those extremists knew where I was living. Here's a direct link to the episode, which you'll need the latest version of Quicktime to watch.

I look forward to Johnny Chicago's take on this, as it makes him look kind of calm by comparison.
