I know you may have seen these in the past, probably in an election year - but there are political charts out there that will tell you where you stand left to right, and where you stand up and down (authoritarian/libertarian). The one I would recommend is politicalcompass.org because it adds you in context to world leaders but there are others that are interesting too.
