I've never seen a single episode of Monk. But, since Apple is offering exactly one episode free of charge, that's all going to change.
I'm surprised more shows aren't doing this. ABC Family's Wildfire couldn't use a similar promotion? Really?
And, as reported by sister site PodGuide.tv, Saturday Night Live sketches and Best Of shows are now for sale. I love SNL, but I can't remember any single sketch worth $1.99. It would cost Lorne ten times that for me to watch a Falconer sketch.
By the way, I keep getting error messages while trying to download Monk. USA Network's window to buy my support is closing.

I recently finished the Oprah-sanctioned rehab-memoir A Million Little Pieces by James Frey and found it interesting but with more than a slight stink of bullshit on it. Between the now famous scene where the author has multiple root canals peformed on him without the help of pain killers to the improbably sensitive characters he meets in rehab it all felt more than a little fictionalized for the sake of making a good story.
