Former All-Star pitcher Jeff Reardon was arrested yesterday on charges he robbed a jewelry store.
Reardon made about $15 million in his playing days, which ended with the Yankees in the strike-shortened 1994 season. He was not charged with robbery that year, despite taking in $250,000 for giving up 17 hits and 9 runs in only 9 innings pitched.
