Harriet Myers is not the real nominee, she's just a stooge placed to wear out the Senate, so once she's rejected, she can be replaced with a right-wing pro-life candidate with actual credentials that will be harder to reject in comparison with Harriet. (in my humble opinon, of course)

Not sure if W is smart enough for a clever move like that. I almost hope he is, because what the hell was he thinking otherwise? Wasn't today today the day they were expecting her revised 'job application' back? I guess she just got a little frustrated and didn't feel like completing it.
