Lauren Hutton: GILF

Lauren Hutton

So she's 61 with 14 grandkids. Lauren Hutton is still gorgeous!

With 28 Vogue covers, she's one of the first supermodels (shut up Janice Dickinson). She has always carried herself with remarkable dignity and grace (even the time I freaked out when I ran into her in SoHo). She's a movie star. She smokes cigars. She drives motorcycles really fast. She's an intrepid world traveler who has lived in several indigenous tribal cultures. And now ...

Lauren's finally posing nude - with no retouching - in Big Magazine. I can't wait.

TV Cream's Top 100 Toys. I used to own so many of these it's scary.

Cliche Finder

cliche.gif

Ever been behind the eightball and in need of a good cliche? Searching the web for one can be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Well you'll be pleased as punch with the Cliche Finder, a diamond in the rough on the web. You'll be like a fox in a hen house searching through the ever expanding library of catalogued cliches. Find that elusive cliche quicker than a new york minute and feel free to put your best foot forward and add your own as well.

Cliche Finder is the real McCoy.

(Thanks to SmashBaier for providing this and my previous post on the Ah-nold album).

Ever wanted to swim with the Dolphins? Ever wanted to swim LIKE a Dolphin? Now you can, with this fully submersible watercraft, which apparently “proves the concept of underwater flight”. Be sure to check out the video. I want one.

As corporate “advergames” go, this one is actually pretty good. The HSBC Golf Challenge lets you customize your player, select from US or UK courses, practice a round, or challenge a friend to a match via email.

The Killer is a noir-style mystery that's pretty ambitious. It has a movie-like quality that is really enhanced by the sound, so crank up the speakers.

I should imagine it'll be another quiet day here at YBNBY. Jellio is on vacation, Aquaman is adjusting to his new habitrail, Clickety Clack is MIA. So, I thought i'd post some things that are huge time wasters in the hope that it keeps you entertained until we're back in full force next week.

First up is Submachine, one of those “locked room” mystery games, but this is just about the hardest one I've come across. Multiple rooms, multiple puzzles, multiple wasted hours when you could have been working.

Poker for dorks

200510210720

If you're a poker-playing blogger, you only have until midnight tonight to register for the Blogger Poker Championship. Quite why bloggers need their own championship is unclear. Considering I spend most of my time fighting spambots that try to promote online poker in our comments section 100 times a day, it's ironic to say the least...
