Even though I like a nice Chardonnay, I've never been one of those people who could detect the subtle hints of vanilla, melon and cheese & onion that often accompany these wine tastings. So it's great to finally have a web site that really helps me understand and savor the aroma and palette of the complexities of the vine in a language I can understand.
