Groklaw has a report on what must be one of the most inane lawsuits ever. In an attempt to save themselves some money on bus fares, a group of ten cleaning ladies decided to start car-pooling to work. The bus company found out, and have now filed a lawsuit against them, accusing them of an “act of unfair and parasitical competition”. What's more, they're claiming over $2m in damages, and want the ladies' cars consicated.
