Beautiful, isn't it. almost enough to make you want to move to Brooklyn. But enough of the ground zero comparisons every time a cool building goes up somewhere. Gehry has one person to satisfy...Bruce Ratner. The Ground Zero developers have to deal with 3,000 families and an entire country...all with opinions.

If you want to compare the Brooklyn arena to another project, compare it to the Calatrava Path Station that's going up near ground zero. While everyone was worrying about the Trade Center and the memorial, the Port Authority hired one architect, and designed what many say is the most impressive thing about the new downtown.
