Over time we have announced many bizarre and unusual items for sale on ebay, the more prominent of which are usually picked up by GoldenPalace.com. However, the Zeitgeist seems to be shifting to this being an old and outdated mode of getting attention.
The demise can be foreseen due to the number of blogs about ebay bids that are popping up. We already featured Who Would Buy That, and today I noticed both Outrageous Ebay Auctions and Bizarre Bids clamoring for attention by announcing their presence by way of sending "questions from bidders". I'm sure there are more.
And so, in a effort to stay ahead of the curve, YBNBY announces it's acquisition of the domain name www.bizarreblogsaboutbizarrebids.com - your number one online source for sites that talk about ebay bids. Coming soon to a browser near you....

I'm scared.
Haha at least they inject their comment spam with a little sense of humor, gotta give 'em that.
Little sense of humor makes the world go round!
Speaking of which, good luck with your auction where you promise to make someone famous. Maybe I'll bid. I'll just wait to the end so the bidding doesn't get too high.

ah, this was my niche for oh so long. But I'm rather boxed in now. The subject is getting tired - even print newspaper steal my stories - but it's all I know. How do you change the subject of your blog if your niche seems a bit, well over?
Have some fun with the press. Invent, then report on, some live auctions. Stuff that can't be "found" in one click, like the eBay listings.
"Man buys old VCR at garage sale; seller throws in ad space on her breasts to close the deal."
Then hope the reporters monitoring your blog for content aren't very bright.
thank you. i love you. watch the skies....
