And sources say Paula Abdul was supposed to play the Amy Poehler ("Paula") role in the American Idol skit on SNL, but the real Paula had a breakdown in rehearsal. Perhaps that's why the skit seemed so...off. By "sources," I mean my wife, who heard this on the radio this morning while I was showering. High journalistic standards we have here.
