ESPN is reporting that Yankee third-baseman Alex Rodriguez saved an eight-year-old boy who was inches away from being hit by a truck in Boston yesterday.

Nice work. But still, saved eight-year-old boys don't help produce runs (.125 with runners-in-scoring position against the Sox). Let's home karma rewards him with a few big hits this weekend.
