Cool, right?

The Milan Furniture show was last week. I didn't post anything, mostly because there were a bunch of sites already writing about it (Here's one). But also, the ICFF is just a couple weeks away in our own backyard.

I did want to mention the Starck AK-47 and Beretta M16-inspired lamps. I like when design speaks to very real, very serious issues...especially when it's amazingly cool to look at.

According to this article, Murray Moss of Moss Design is also a fan. So much so, that during the ICFF, he will be using this series as the basis for an installation on domestic violence at the gallery adjacent to his store.

According to Starck, "The Guns collection is nothing but a sign of the times. We get the symbols we deserve." How friggin' true is that?
