Last night's season finale of Arrested Development may have been the series finale as well. So to all of you who haven't been watching, thanks for fucking it up for the rest of us. Meanwhile, According to Jim is still on the air, and the syndication rights have been bought up, too.

I almost wouldn't mind if AD did end now. It's been perfect and I'd hate to see it ever jump the shark.
I can also understand it not getting good ratings. It's a DVD show all the way. If you haven't been watching from the beginning half the jokes will go over your head.
Did you notice Henry Winkler jumping over the shark in the episode where Buster was trying to track down his hand? I wasn't quick enough to catch it, but went back after reading about it.
No way! That is awesome. I totally forgot that Winkler is the central figure in the whole jump the shark theory.
