The first post from me for a couple of days - I'm having a hell time at work, with no end in sight until after the weekend. Today I very nearly lost my rag completely and fired of a scathing email to a so-called "specialist" in a sister office. Luckily my friend Mike showed me this before I did, and saved me a lot of grief. Punctuation substitution - learn it, use it, enjoy it.
