I have been a fan of Jake Parker's (http://www.agent44.net) art for a while now. Always looking at his broad style and character design with admiration. He is a part of a group of talented illustrators and storytellers that has spear-headed a comic to showcase their talents. It is called FLIGHT.

I've just read the first installment and it comes recommended. It is basically a bunch of short stories with distinctively stylized themes. Check it out if you need to be inspired or humbled.
