Found this gem on Boing-Boing, where they attribute the '70s porn movie aesthetics to Estonia's new-found capitalistic hunger and private media production. I think there's something darker at work here. Estonia is a lot closer to Northern Europe (say, Finland or Sweden) geographically and socially than to most other former soviet states. I think the guy just made some creepy ads. period. You know, like Old Navy.
