A little disappointing that ETERNAL SUNSHINE didn't get a best picture or especially best director nod. Nice to see the INCREDIBLES recognized for screenplay. Feel bad for Paul Giamatti. He was the only part of SIDEWAYS not nominated.

It's embarrassing how few of these i've actually seen, but can vouch for The Aviator. I didn't think Leo would be able to pull Howard Hughes off, but he does, and how. Please let this be marty's year.
And it looks like Michael Moore's campaign to be considered for Best Picture fell on very deaf ears.
That's true, I somehow failed to post the Best Documentary noms.
Documentary Feature
Born Into Brothels
The Story of the Weeping Camel
Super Size Me
Tupac: Resurrection
Twist of Faith
I think Farenheit lost out to Passion 2-0 (Passion got a makeup and cinematography nom).
The only doc in there that I've seen is Super Size Me which was great. But "Metallica: Some Kind Of Monster" should have been there. One of the most intriguing docs I've ever seen.
